I don't know if this was my high chair baby adventure that inspired me all these years later, but I love designing baby furniture.  I have even made somewhat of a career out of it.  A lot of people don't take adequate care in getting the right tools for their young children to eat at the table, and I do my best to remedy this.  Most people think that one baby high chair is as good as the next, but they are wrong – dead wrong.  It is like anything else – there are people who make good baby high chairs and people who are just in it to make a buck.  I should know because I'm one of the former.

A lot of people wondering what makes a good baby high chair.  After all, your baby cannot complain if he does not like it, so you should try to find out for yourself.  What I first tell them is that baby high chairs are not one size fits all, even if they are marketed that way.  On the contrary, every baby high chair is different.  Before you buy one, you should try it out.  If the seller does not let you try it, then you should avoid him.  You will be able to tell if your baby fits in the baby high chair well.  If they do not look happy, they should at least look comfortable.

Personally, I understand why a lot of people like plastic highchairs, but I think the wooden baby high chair is a much better idea.  First of all, they tend to be much better made.  Also, wood  is much more comfortable to sit on.  They also tend not to have the new ergonomic designs, which means that if you want to adjust a wooden baby high chair, it is much easier because you can just add some padding to the seat.
